A new vtiger version has been published. Its a validation release and not ready for production. A lot of bugs have been fixed but the most important change is the switch to the UTF-8 character set. This will substantially improve the language covering of the CRM system. In addition, also functional improvements have been introduced. It will take a couple of weeks before the 5.0.4 will be released as a working version. At this time we will need a new manual version too.
